Our MSc program aims to provide up-to-date education on the welfare of farm, companion and wild animals. The MSc lasts for 9 months and includes face-to-face theoretical and practical sessions, as well as on-line teaching. The MSc program covers the fundamentals and applications of animal welfare, as well as its legal and ethical aspects. Upon successfully completing the program, the students are expected to be able to assess the welfare of animals using objective, science-based criteria as well as to design and implement strategies to improve the welfare of animals.
